Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ZYVORAN Lighting Atelier website (shop.zyvoranlighting.com) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you accept these terms.

About us

ZYVORAN Lighting Atelier is a trading name. We sell decorative lighting selected from suppliers we work with regularly, held in UK warehouses, supplied with appropriate UK electrical fittings, despatched on tracked and insured couriers. You can contact us by email at hello@zyvoranlighting.com.

Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Prices may change without notice but the price you pay is the price displayed at the moment your order is placed.

Order acceptance

The display of products on this website is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order constitutes an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order, including (without limitation) where stock is incorrectly listed, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.

Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order via the secure payment processors operated by Shopify. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal where available.

Product compliance

All electrical fixtures sold by ZYVORAN are supplied with appropriate UK electrical fittings (BS 1363 three-pin plug or BS 7671-compliant terminations) and are intended for installation by a qualified electrician where hard-wiring is required. We accept no liability for incorrect installation.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by English law. Subject to that, our liability for any product or order is limited to the price paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
