Shipping & Delivery

Every ZYVORAN piece is held in stock with our UK suppliers and dispatched on a tracked, insured courier service within 1–3 working days of order placement. Pieces are supplied with UK-compatible electrical fittings (BS 1363 plug or BS 6500 flex as appropriate) where supplied; installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Delivery rates

• UK mainland: free delivery on every order, no minimum spend.
• European Union: flat £14.99, fully tracked.
• Rest of world: flat £23.99, fully tracked.
• You will receive an email with tracking the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland

We deliver across the whole of the United Kingdom. Postcodes in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland may carry a delivery surcharge or a slightly longer transit time. The exact charge is shown at checkout.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. For non-UK destinations the recipient is the importer of record; any customs duties, import VAT, or local handling fees are payable on receipt by the recipient.

Larger items and chandeliers

Some chandeliers, large pendant fixtures, and floor lamps ship on a two-person courier service to ensure safe delivery. Where this applies, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery slot.

Tracking, missed deliveries and damage in transit

If your courier marks your delivery as failed or returned, please email us at hello@zyvoranlighting.com as soon as you can. If your item arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery where possible and contact us with photographs — we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
