Returns & Refunds

We want every ZYVORAN piece to feel right in your home. If something is not what you hoped for, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund of the product cost.

How to start a return

Email hello@zyvoranlighting.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply with a return authorisation and instructions.

Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, fittings, hardware, instruction cards and certification. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been installed, wired in or modified.

Return postage and refunds

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility; where an item is faulty or damaged we cover it in full. Once your return arrives back with us and has been inspected, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Bank processing times then vary by issuer.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault through no action of yours, please write to hello@zyvoranlighting.com with photographs as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate, in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
