Are the pieces on ZYVORAN in stock?
Most pieces are in stock and ship within 1–3 working days. Some pieces are made to order and have a longer lead-time, which is shown clearly on the product page.
Are your pieces certified for UK use?
Yes. Every piece in our catalogue is supplied with the appropriate CE/UKCA electrical certification. Pieces are designed for 220–230V mains and are compatible with standard UK circuits when installed by a qualified electrician.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
Yes. Please email hello@zyvoranlighting.com with details of your project. We work with interior designers, architects, and developers across the UK.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock pieces ship within 1–3 working days. Made-to-order pieces typically take 3–6 weeks from order. The piece-specific lead-time is shown on each product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Rates and transit times for non-UK destinations are calculated at checkout against your actual address.
Is delivery free?
UK delivery is free on every order, fully tracked. Non-UK delivery is calculated at checkout.
Installation & care
Do I need an electrician to install my piece?
Yes. We strongly recommend all ceiling-fixed lighting be installed by a registered electrician. This protects your warranty, ensures compliance with UK Building Regulations Part P, and keeps your home insurance valid.
Are the LEDs replaceable?
Most of our pieces use integrated LED modules with a typical lifespan of 25,000–50,000 hours (approximately 20+ years of normal household use). Where the LED module is replaceable, this is noted on the product page; in all cases the manufacturer's warranty covers premature LED failure.
How do I clean my chandelier?
Power off at the wall first. Wipe with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid solvents, abrasive cloths, and water on the electrical components. For deep cleaning of crystal or glass elements, refer to the care instructions included with your piece.

What is your returns policy?

What if my piece arrives damaged?
Please photograph the packaging and the damage on arrival, then write to us as soon as possible at hello@zyvoranlighting.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
How long is the warranty?
Most pieces carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against electrical defects. Specific warranty terms are noted on each product page.
Payment & security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your card details.
