Delivery to remote UK postcodes (AB, IV, KW, PA20–PA80, PH18–PH50, ZE, HS, IM, BT, JE, GY) takes 7–14 working days. Surcharges may apply for larger pieces; we will contact you before dispatch if your order is affected.

Made-to-order pieces

Some pieces in our catalogue are made to order and have lead times of 3–6 weeks from a European workshop. Lead time is shown clearly on the product page where applicable.

Tracking your order

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately, and a separate dispatch confirmation with a tracking link once your piece leaves the workshop. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 7 working days of ordering, please contact barbourcalum@gmail.com.

Damaged on arrival

Inspect your delivery on receipt. If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the damage and notify us within 48 hours at barbourcalum@gmail.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

International orders

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you are ordering from Ireland or Europe, please contact us by email — we can arrange most orders on a quote basis.
